Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on custom magnets.

However, if there is an error or defect that is the fault of OMG LUV Magnets, we will absolutely make it right. 💕

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and offer a replacement if applicable.
